We had no major issues with our stay. It was a quick trip for our family, and overall the condo met our needs, but could use some minor maintenance and upkeep to make it more comfortable. The kitchen did not have measuring cups and the cookware was pretty worn. Location of the condo was perfect though! Easy beach access, walkable to restaurants. Would consider a short stay here again.

The view is INCREDIBLE and Chris was extremely friendly and responsive. The condo had everything we needed and having some bonus beach equipment was a pleasant surprise. Would absolutely love to visit again ?? thank you for helping us have a great family vacation!

Chris was very friendly and responsive. He gave clear instructions and it was very easy to check in and out. Such a beautiful view from the property as well! We will definitely stay again.

My boyfriend & I really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing & walking distance to the beach. The pool was great & the hot tub was perfect for the evening sunset relaxation. I really appreciated the local RealJoy hosting service they are just a text message away!

Second trip to Destin, stayed at condos next door previous trip. Great location 100 ft from beach access, lots of restaurants and things to do in walking distance or a short drive. Sunsets were perfect from the balcony!!
